Jessica Puller is cast in the Piccolo Theatre Company‘s production of SINBAD and is exposed to British panto.

October 2007
Sinbad director John Szostek provides Jessica with resources related to the history and form of the panto.

December 2007
The first draft of PERSEUS AND MEDUSA is written.

August 2008
A reading of PERSEUS AND MEDUSA is held by the members of the Piccolo Theatre Ensemble.

August/September 2008
The second draft of PERSEUS AND MEDUSA is written. Many character names are changed.

January 2009
PERSEUS AND MEDUSA is voted in for production by the ensemble members of the Piccolo Theatre.

March 2009
The subtitle “Or It’s all Greek To Me” is added to the piece by the Piccolo Ensemble.

April 2009
Tyler Beattie comes on board as composer.

May 2009
A second reading of PERSEUS AND MEDUSA takes place at the Piccolo Theatre.

June 2009
Brianna Sloane and Glenn Proud are officially named co-directors of the play. A third draft is then written.

July 2009
PERSEUS AND MEDUSA is cast. Promo is filmed.

September 2009
Rehearsals for PERSEUS AND MEDUSA begin at the Piccolo Theatre.

November 2009
PERSEUS AND MEDUSA opens.

December 2009
PERSEUS AND MEDUSA closes after a five-week run.

January 2011
Rehearsals for PERSEUS AND MEDUSA begin at the Niles Drama Club.

June 2011
PERSEUS AND MEDUSA opens and closes after a weekend run.

June 2011
PERSEUS AND MEDUSA is picked up for publication by Lazy Bee Scripts.
